Koby Biller, Founder and CEO
Mr. Biller has participated in numerous projects utilizing cutting-edge technology. These included an internet data security project at IBM that was commissioned by the White House, and Distributed data base implementation. Other projects led by him include implementation of Database/Data communication system, a complex application-to-application communication data transfer, and development of push-technology product in industrial plants.
By applying his extensive knowledge and experience, Mr. Biller keeps enlarging the scope of "Data Quality" concept he invented. The invention is now implemented as a storage management system that solves problems of ageing in computers, computer networks and storage devices.
Before he founded Disklace, Mr. Biller served as an Advanced Systems Engineer at IBM.

Currently, Disklace does not compete with any defragmentation
solution that is targeted to improve the structure of data on the disk.
All defragmentation products provide some sort of disk arrangement. Yet while other products offer different methods relating to HOW to arrange the disk, our products answer the question of WHEN to arrange it. Our technology makes this decision automatically, as a seamless part of storage management.
Our products are complementary to all other defragmentation tools and can be used as an active front gate for any of them. In large systems, our products identify which computers need care and also locate the silent users who may already be suffering from slowdown symptoms but have not complained. The operations themselves can be performed either by the free defragmentation tool of that comes installed on most computers, or by a third party solution. The alerts produced by our system can feed any asset management system or health-checking products by providing the crucial information that they are missing.
Several free tools were developed by some well-known manufacturers, which claim to provide a management tool for disk maintenance over a network. Those tools are inferior to our scientific method of measuring the disorder on disks and monitoring the need to maintain them.
